We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Eligible Returns: Only defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any damage/defect claims, you must provide a clear video of the product being unboxed/unpacked. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

• Return Request: Must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our support team.

• Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.

• Refunds: Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Non-returnable items: Personal care gadgets, items missing original packaging, or products damaged due to misuse.
